It’s necessary to pay and complete the order in 7 days period or it will be removed automatically. It happens so because when you begin the ordering process, the products you choose are reserved for you and kept for one week or until shipping or when the order is cancelled. After sending money and getting the reference number/MTCN (money control number) you should log into your account at PHARMOZ-LABS.COM and choose MY ACCOUNT menu. The ‘sender’ s information ‘ and the reference number will be on your receipt, so don’t forget to save it. To finish the payment process, your order should be still available to you on PHARMOZ-LABS.COM. You must transfer money during a week of choosing your items, according to the previous instructions. In short it is necessary to make the following steps: enter MY ACCOUNT, click on YOUR ORDER, fill in PAYMENT INFORMATION (MTCN and SENDER NAME). Choose again SEND ORDER in order to send it to me. After this your order will be removed from MY ACCOUNT menu. Only in case MY ACCOUNT is empty the process was finished successfully.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship all the gear with the registered air mail. Flat rate is 41€ Express Mail only. After the payment clearance we need 1-3 work days for handling. On average parcel needs 4 – 6 working days for arrival within Europe, beginning from the moment we ship the products. Sometimes due to post delays delivery can take up to 20 days.

If your package is very big it will be divided into the several small packages.
